Job Summary: We are seeking a personal assistant to cooperate in daily care activities, accompany the person outside the home, and support their independent living project. Key Highlights: 1. Honesty, respect, responsibility, and active listening Personal Assistant \- Cooperative functions or substitute activities in daily living care (hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, personal care, etc.). \- Cooperative functions in accompaniment activities outside the home (leisure, training, employment, medical appointments, community participation, personal errands, among others). \- Cooperative functions or substitute activities in other tasks forming part of the user's independent living project. For example: domestic cooperation tasks. * Experience: 1 month. Cooperative functions or substitute activities in daily living care (hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, personal care, etc.). Cooperative functions in accompaniment activities outside the home (leisure, training, employment, medical appointments, community participation, personal errands, among others). Cooperative functions or substitute activities in other tasks forming part of the user's independent living project. For example: domestic cooperation tasks. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Flexibility and adaptability to the environment. Person-centered care. Honesty, respect, responsibility, and active listening. Commitment, empathy, discretion, confidentiality, assertiveness, and mediation. Ability to be an active yet non-directive person. * Availability of a vehicle * Availability for travel * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time schedule (35 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary from '1400' to '1500' * Additional relevant information: Split-shift contract, Monday to Sunday: 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00; Thursday to Friday: 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00. Contract for temporary incapacity substitution. Workplace located in Blanes (near Old Cemetery)
