Your mission is to support customers in identifying carriers and processing the required documentation to manage full truckload shipments to both EU and non-EU countries. Responsibilities: * Coordinate goods receipt. * Prepare shipping documentation. * Manage and review customs documentation where required. * Support the commercial team regarding cargo and shipments. * Support customers throughout the entire shipment process. * Verify and update information in the CRT. * Close the shipment file. * Resolve incidents. * Ensure compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence demonstrating the implementation and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: * Receive loading instructions. * Coordinate pickup and loading of goods. * Identify carriers and send shipping terms to the selected carrier. * Prepare and manage required documentation based on shipment type and cargo to be transported. * Track shipments. * Upon delivery, perform operational closure. * Review costs and variances and enter appropriate adjustments. * Forward the file to billing. * Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. * Periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned Compliance procedures and controls. **What You Bring** ----------------------- Requirements: * Education: High school diploma. Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in International Trade, Marketing, Transport and Logistics, or similar. * Basic knowledge: Microsoft Office suite and B2-level English. * Specific knowledge: International transport and logistics, communication skills, CMR knowledge, GDPR regulations, customs knowledge, ability to adapt to a workplace with people of diverse personalities and cultures, autonomy, and planning and organizational skills. * Experience: 1 year * Probationary period: 9 months.
