At **Espiral**, we are looking to hire a **Speech Therapist** for a **Part-time position with potential for full-time expansion**, committed, socially oriented, and capable of working in dynamic environments at our center located in **Castellón.** **What will be your mission?** The selected candidate will join our intervention team, contributing to the recovery, development, and maintenance of communicative, swallowing, and functional skills of individuals served at the center, through individualized speech therapy assessment, planning, and intervention. * Initial speech assessment (comprehension and expression). * Initial vocabulary assessment, both expressive and receptive. * Introduction of new vocabulary into the patient’s speech. * Swallowing assessment. * Voice assessment and treatment. * Supervision of oral intake and implementation of guidelines to ensure safe and effective swallowing. * Initial assessment of respiratory pattern and phonorespiratory coordination. * Implementation of correct articulatory points to improve intelligibility. **Who are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Speech Therapy. * Valid professional registration. * RECOMMENDED TRAINING: Orofacial myofunctional therapy, dysphagia, language and hearing disorders, dysphonia, dysarthria. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and passion for therapeutic work. **What do we offer?** * Collaborative and professional work environment. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * Permanent contract. * 23 working days of annual vacation plus 5 flexible days. **Additional benefits:** * Espiral Discount Club. * Health insurance via flexible compensation plan. * 2 days of paid leave for training or conferences.
