Born from the spirit of adventure, COYA celebrates Latin American culture through exceptional Peruvian cuisine, innovative cocktails, music, art, and unique experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic **Bartender** to join the **COYA Marbella** team for the season. The ideal candidate for this position must have: * Minimum 1 year of Bartender experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably with seasonal establishment experience. * Solid knowledge of mixology and spirits; experience in molecular or advanced mixology will be highly valued. * Knowledge of wines and premium beverages. * Excellent customer orientation, passion for hospitality, and strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. * Proactive, dynamic personality with a solution-oriented mindset. * Interest in expanding knowledge and growing professionally within the hospitality industry. * Excellent communication skills and a high level of spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
