If you are solution-oriented, love challenges, are passionate about AI, and thrive on momentum, keep reading… **What We Are Looking For:** A person with experience following Lean working methodologies in a product-centric company; who demonstrates *ownership*, curiosity about emerging technologies, and the ability to **design both traditional backend architecture and AI infrastructure**, which will automate our internal and customer-facing processes. **What You’ll Do / Your Responsibilities:** * **Design, develop, and maintain** scalable *backend* services and APIs supporting the platform. * **Develop and operate AI workflows**, integrating LLMs and text- and voice-based automation *pipelines*. * **Design agentic architectures and multi-agent flows**, orchestrating sub-agents and context-aware systems to optimize rental management. * **Lead infrastructure and deployment processes** for these AI workloads in *cloud* environments. * **Improve engineering quality** through scalable architectures, testing (*testing*), observability, and best practices. * **Collaborate closely** with the Product team to launch revolutionary AI-powered features. **Specific Technical Requirements:** * **\+3 years of experience** in Backend development (primarily **PHP with Symfony**). * **Proven experience integrating LLMs** and building automations, workflows, or AI agents (either via custom code or orchestration *frameworks*). * Experience with **MySQL and RabbitMQ** or similar. * **Location**: Remote (residency in Spain) **You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You Also…** * Are proactive, responsible, and a true *team player*. * Are passionate about experimenting with AI, trying new models, and applying them to real-world problems. * Adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer:** * Salary of 35\.000\-40\.000€ * Flexible hours and remote work possibility **(we typically go to the office once a month to see each other’s lovely faces).** * Work hand-in-hand with the PROD/IT team and other departments. * A 100% startup atmosphere!
