At **Aquaservice**, we are building our own **conversational AI platform** for our Paterna branch and seeking the person to lead its architecture and evolution. If you're interested in designing systems with agents, LLMs, and scalable architecture, this challenge is for you. We seek to design, build, and evolve a **conversational agent platform** capable of operating across multiple channels, integrating with business systems, and adapting to the pace of the AI ecosystem. ### **Responsibilities:** **Conversational Architecture** * Design the agent engine and conversational orchestrator. * Define state management, context handling, and tools for agents. * Build a scalable, reusable, and decoupled architecture. **Development and Integration** * Integrate LLMs, AI services, and internal systems via APIs. * Design interfaces between agents and business systems. * Build microservices and reusable capabilities. **Multi-channel \& Voice** * Design experiences for chat, voice, and other channels. * Work with STT/TTS and streaming architectures. * Optimize latency and conversational quality. **Technological Evolution** * Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and models. * Improve performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. * Define technical standards and best practices. **Technical Leadership** * Oversee external development and partner deliverables. * Ensure alignment with the defined architecture. ### **Requirements:** * Experience with **Python** (primary) and backend development. * Integration of **APIs, webhooks, and microservices.** * Experience with **LLMs, agents, RAG, embeddings.** * Knowledge of conversational architectures and state management. * Experience or interest in **voice (STT/TTS) and multi-channel support.** * Platform mindset and ability to design scalable systems. * Familiarity with **MCP (Model Context Protocol)**, highly valued. ### **What makes this role distinctive:** * You will design a **conversational AI platform** from scratch. * Direct impact across multiple business areas. * Work at the frontier of **agents, LLMs, and real-world integration.** * High level of technical autonomy and decision-making authority. * A constantly evolving environment.
