At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a Sociocultural Services Coordinator for our client, based in Murcia. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily management of assigned services. * Continuous coordination and communication with workers and operational managers. * Development and supervision of shift schedules, service planning, and coverage organization. * Management and resolution of operational incidents. * Direct interaction with clients and attendance at follow-up meetings. * Administrative supervision and support in billing processes. * Coordination with the HR department to ensure accurate payroll preparation and time tracking, especially for hourly-based services. * Service quality monitoring and proposal of operational improvements. * Concurrent management of multiple services and projects across different sectors. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree related to administration, management, sports, services, or similar fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex services and large teams. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capacity. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software and management tools. * Availability for occasional travel. * Flexible working hours and willingness to work weekends when operational needs require it. * Prior experience in sectors such as culture, events, auxiliary services, sports, or leisure is desirable. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Immediate incorporation into a stable project. * Professional development within an established and growing company. * Salary: 25\-30K. * Corporate tools and operational support. * A dynamic work environment offering autonomy and decision-making authority. * Opportunities for internal growth and career development.
