To deliver the best service, we rely on a large team of professionals experienced in customer support and technological solutions—ensuring exceptional quality and security for both our clients and our specialists, who handle the entire payroll process, portal administration, Social Security coordination, etc. **Role Objectives** * You will manage an assigned portfolio of clients, meeting agreed-upon deadlines for each process while ensuring optimal quality of delivered results. * You must also ensure full legal compliance in all processes, according to current regulations. * Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in internal projects assigned by the company aimed at implementing new processes, improvements, or innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * End-to-end payroll management for our clients: payroll calculation and settlements, tax and Social Security calculations and filings. * Periodic follow-up meetings with clients in your assigned portfolio. * Evaluation of service quality delivered to clients. * Participation in improvement projects and implementation of new solutions and services. **What We Are Looking For** * We seek professionals with at least 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles and strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation as applied to payroll processing, who aspire to build a professional career within a dynamic environment offering abundant learning and development opportunities. * Experience managing diverse client types autonomously will be valued, as well as familiarity with payroll software applications and proficiency in Excel. **What We Offer** * A competitive salary aligned with the level of responsibility and complexity of your assigned client portfolio. * An initial training program covering the processes and tools you’ll use, plus an annual training plan for ongoing professional development and skill enhancement. * A hybrid work model with flexible hours to support work-life balance: summer intensive schedule and 25 days of annual leave. * An excellent social benefits package: private health insurance, life insurance, €180 annual allowance for eyeglasses/contact lenses, and €90 annual allowance per child under 16. * Additional net annual income through our Flexible Compensation Program, enabling you to acquire Meal Vouchers, Transport Vouchers, and Daycare Vouchers. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company (career path plans). * A positive work environment within a dynamic, international team.
