If you share these values, we want to meet you. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Prepare and review monthly payroll data. * Extract from the analytical system the necessary data for loading variables and incentives. * Manage and review processes with Social Security (registrations, cancellations, sick leave, absences, maternity/paternity leave, etc.). * Prepare and review taxes related to personnel (IRPF). * Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the entire payroll process. . **What Are We Looking For?** * University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or similar fields. * Postgraduate or master’s degree is desirable. * Minimum of **2** **years’ experience as a Payroll Technician**, preferably in companies with over 200 employees or in consulting/accounting firms handling high-volume payroll administration. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office and payroll management tools. * Knowledge of the Adobe suite.
