Manage the entire hiring process: communications with social security, preparation of employment contracts. Assist in the payroll payment process: payroll calculation taking into account all applicable variables. Manage medical leaves: management of FIE, childcare leave, reporting of work-related accidents. Advise internal clients on labor relations matters. Manage payroll data and reporting: ITs, disabilities, overtime hours, etc. * 1 year experience. Experience in similar positions, preferably in end-client companies. * Degree in Labor Relations * Higher Vocational Training in Labor Management * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Skills / knowledge: Training in labor relations or related fields. Experience in similar roles, preferably in end-client companies. Knowledge and experience in payroll, hiring, administrative tasks, labor procedures and Social Security.
