Resolution of labor-related issues and support in key processes **Description:** ---------------- **MISSION** Management of labor relations tasks, as well as area-specific projects aimed at optimizing processes and minimizing legal risks. **FUNCTIONS** * Resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 labor issues\. * Support for complex payroll-related matters provided to Employee Services. * Preparation of documentation for litigation, audits, and inspections. * Management of area-specific projects to optimize processes and minimize legal risks, such as HHEE, absenteeism, dismissal management, etc. * Monitoring and analysis of labor indicators, including absenteeism, HHEE, and turnover. * Development of labor policies; monitoring of the Equality Plan; promotion of diversity; and participation in the management of worker representation. * Audits and Remuneration Register. * Participation in investigations of cases of workplace harassment. * Updating of Collective Bargaining Agreements. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS** * Qualification: Labor Relations/Law * Required technical knowledge: Office software (Microsoft Office suite), AI tools (advanced level required), payroll system user, and employee portal user. Labor experience is desirable. * Minimum three years of generalist experience with a focus on Labor Relations, including technical labor knowledge regarding the Equality Plan, Remuneration Register, labor policies, dismissals, employment contract types, and Social Security. * Intermediate level of English
