Job Summary: Advise and comprehensively manage the labor area for a client portfolio, reporting to the Labor Area Director. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of payroll and social security 2. Customer advisory and support for an assigned client portfolio 3. Application and monitoring of current labor regulations Work Location Barcelona Mission A corporate advisory firm seeks to hire a Labor Consultant for its central Barcelona offices, aiming to provide specialized advisory services and comprehensively manage the labor area for an assigned client portfolio. Reports To Labor Area Director. Functions and Responsibilities Comprehensive management of payroll processes, including calculation and preparation of monthly payrolls. Advisory services and client support in managing an assigned client portfolio. Application and monitoring of Collective Bargaining Agreements and current labor regulations. Management of Social Security and processing of tax settlements. Competencies High attention to detail and work accuracy. Strong service orientation and customer focus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving objectives. Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments. Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Word and Excel). Advanced proficiency in A3 software (A3Nom/A3Equipo or similar). Minimum 5 years of experience in labor consulting. Education Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or equivalent. Languages Native-level Spanish and Catalan.
