**Job Summary:**
The Key Leader role is an essential part of the store leadership team, impacting salesfloor team members and guest (i.e., customer) experience every day. Key Leaders are responsible for leading by example and providing support to Educators, facilitating an outstanding guest experience in the store, and overseeing all operations of the retail floor. Key Leaders leverage key performance indicators and metrics to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to day-to-day business adjustments and challenges.
Key Responsibilities of the Job
Leadership and People Management
* Support ongoing learning and development of team members by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, and addressing performance concerns.
* Provide team members recognition, gap assessment, and overall performance documentation to support and reinforce career and personal growth.
* Develop, maintain, and disseminate product and general company knowledge through appropriate communication channels.
Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience
* Lead the store team, including scheduling salesfloor coverage and making decisions to maintain store performance and operational effectiveness.
* Support team members (e.g., by modeling behavior or coaching them) to ensure a fantastic guest experience that demonstrates we value their time, including understanding guest needs, providing technical product information, and assisting with in-store and omnichannel transactions (e.g., buy online and pick up in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store).
* Interact with guests and fulfill their needs to help them and provide effective, personalized shopping and return experiences.
* Provide technical product information by explaining product value and benefits.
* Resolve guest issues and share complaints with supervisors to implement "corrections" for guests.
* Move dynamically across the salesfloor to assess and meet business, team, and guest needs.
Teamwork
* Contribute to a respectful and inclusive work environment where differences are accepted and celebrated, ensuring both team members and guests have a positive and engaging experience.
* Build supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience and assist with store operations.
Operations
* Review business data and metrics to assess progress toward goals and determine if adjustments are needed.
* Open and close the store according to store opening and closing checklists.
* Manage product presentation tasks (e.g., restocking, replenishing or adding out-of-stock items to the salesfloor from inventory, reducing stock or re-merchandising items) per company standards.
* Assign cleaning tasks to Educators as needed during the shift to maintain the store’s luxurious environment.
* Ensure the team uses store technology to support store operations and deliver a positive guest experience.
* Understand and follow personnel safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
* Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Requirements for the Role
Eligibility
* Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Possess work authorization and documentation relative to national legal requirements (EMEA only).
* Ability to commute to the assigned store using your own transportation.
Availability
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Requirements
* Willingness to work as part of a team and independently.
* Willingness to move around the store for most of the shift to assist guests and perform quality work.
* Willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 13.6 kg.
* Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
Experience
* Work experience
Other Qualifications (i.e., valued but not required)
* Education: High school diploma, secondary school diploma, or equivalent
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience: 1 year in a leadership position within retail or sales (supervision or people management not required)
