Job Summary: We are seeking an Official Bricklayer Grade 1 to perform construction tasks including wall erection, foundation work, formwork, plastering, tiling, and roof repair, including leadership and supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive construction tasks, from wall erection to roof repair. 2. Responsibility for team leadership and supervision. 3. Operation of auxiliary machinery and preparation of the work area. Official Bricklayer Grade 1 **Responsibilities:** Erection of walls, partitions, and masonry using brick, block, or stone. Construction of foundations, base slabs, and auxiliary structures. Execution of floor slabs, formwork, and concrete pouring. Plastering, rendering, and surface leveling of walls with mortar or plaster. Tiling and flooring. Installation of drip edges, moldings, and aesthetic finishing elements. Sealing of joints, terraces, and roofs using asphalt fabric or resins. Repair of leaks and water infiltration in roofs and façades. Demolition and repair tasks. Interpretation of blueprints and layout marking. Leadership, supervision, and daily task instruction for laborers and assistants under supervision. Preparation of the work area, stock control, and operation of auxiliary machinery. **Requirements:** 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course in bricklaying.
