Service-oriented mindset and ambition for growth As a Workshop Refurbishment Technician at KION ITS EMEA Iberia, you must be able to carry out maintenance of machines and hydraulic mechanical systems, as well as aesthetic and/or functional components, performing adjustment, installation, inspection, and repair tasks. You will conduct systematic installations according to customer specifications. Are you ready to grow your career with us? * Temporary position * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM to 2:30 PM * Private health insurance * Flexible compensation * You will join a pleasant working environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage and excellence. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Refurbishment of company equipment. **Main duties and responsibilities:** * Maintenance of forklift trucks (repair, periodic inspections, modifications) * Refurbishment of machines for demonstration, STR, and used units * Repair of customer machines, with direct delivery to the workshop * Repair of outdoor machines * Supervise customer orientation (needs, questions, usage advice, etc.) * Comply with organizational requirements and procedures regarding comprehensive safety * Complete all administrative tasks associated with the position within established deadlines * Prepare reports on technical deficiencies identified that affect or may affect the safe operation of vehicles * Properly use, maintain, and safeguard all tools, instruments, equipment, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company * Manage materials and spare parts inventory correctly * Report incident openings and closures, as well as other incidents that may arise, via the designated application * Propose improvements to processes and work methods **Education, knowledge & experience:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics, Electricity, EGB or equivalent; or minimum 2 years’ experience in the sector or related field (e.g., automotive). Non-regulated training / Languages / Specific knowledge: * Office software proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is desirable * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training for the metal industry (in-person format).
