Join our team and advance your career at a company offering growth opportunities—where you can make a difference and no two days are ever the same. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Workshop Press Mechanical Technician** to join the team responsible for preparing and maintaining vehicles assigned to communications and press activities, ensuring their optimal condition for national and international events and test drives. Work location: Martorell. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Preparing and fine-tuning vehicles for national and international press. * Providing technical support during press events and product launches. * Inspecting, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical and electronic issues in communication vehicles. * Verifying proper vehicle functionality prior to delivery to journalists and specialized media. * Monitoring and performing preventive maintenance on the assigned fleet. * Collaborating with various departments to ensure vehicle availability and quality. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or a related field. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience performing mechanical work and vehicle diagnostics. * Knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve vehicle faults. * Organized, proactive individual with strong service-quality orientation. * Availability to provide support for occasional events. * Valid Driver’s License Class B. **We Will Value** --------------- * Prior experience with Volkswagen Group brands. * Familiarity with diagnostic tools. * Basic English proficiency for participation in international events. **What You’ll Love About Working Here?** We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Development and Work-Life Balance initiatives, including, among others: Onboarding support through our Buddies program. 24 vacation days \+ 2 personal days \+ December 24 and 31 \+ option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year.
