We are seeking a waste operator to handle waste using a forklift at a climate control company located in Esparreguera. Main responsibilities include managing recycling of discarded materials, controlling and organizing waste generated on-site, and maintaining order and cleanliness in production and logistics areas. Initial incorporation is scheduled for the morning shift (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.) for training purposes, followed by a transition to the afternoon shift (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). The contract is temporary through a Temporary Work Agency (ETT), with possible renewals and an opportunity to be directly hired by the company. The salary is 12.46 euros gross per hour, amounting to approximately 1\.900 euros gross per month.
