What are we looking for? * Experience or knowledge in **warehouse organization and logistics**. * Ability to **lead and coordinate a team**. * Skill in organizing tasks and distributing work efficiently. * Ability to make decisions and solve day-to-day problems. * **Basic computer skills** and proficiency in using computers. * A responsible, practical, and proactive individual. * Ability to work in an orderly manner and maintain control over operations. * Prior experience in agriculture, food, distribution, or warehousing will be valued. What will your responsibilities be? * Organize and supervise daily warehouse operations. * Coordinate the team and assign necessary tasks. * Monitor goods receipt, preparation, and dispatch. * Organize orders and distribution logistics. * Supervise that work is carried out correctly and within established timeframes. * Resolve any incidents arising during the workday. * Maintain efficient warehouse organization and operation.
