Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching for our client for a **Warehouse Manager** to join a company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of paints and other materials for construction professionals, located in **Murcia**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Manage order preparation. * Prepare documentation and organize shipments for agencies. * Ensure adherence to agreed delivery deadlines with customers. * Monitor merchandise stock levels through daily inventory controls according to the inventory plan. * Propose procurement needs for saleable products, as well as supplies required for storage and supply chain processes, to the purchasing department. * Manage supplier deliveries and customer returns. * Drive warehouse modernization by participating in the implementation of new technologies and more efficient work methods. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum two years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager supervising small teams. * Initiative, autonomy, and strong communication skills. * Knowledge of facility maintenance and logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **What does the company offer?** * Participation in a departmental professionalization and growth project. * A dynamic and collaborative professional environment. * Immediate incorporation. * Intensive working hours: 7:00–15:00. * Annual gross salary range offered: €24,000–€26,000.
