




Job Summary: We are looking for a warehouse assistant to join our team, committed to the environment and social economy, providing integration for people at risk of exclusion. With this objective, we are seeking a warehouse assistant for our Sant Joan Despí workplace. Responsibilities: Receives work instructions from the Store Manager. Handles loads, loads and unloads bulky items and other waste. Supplies the store with items for sale (furniture, appliances, clothing bags, etc.). Assembles and disassembles furniture for sale. Stores bulky items and other donations in the yard. Supports sorting and selection of donations. Transports and places goods in various locations as instructed. Drives indoor vehicles or other transport means and signs delivery notes. Organizes, cleans, and removes residual products from the warehouse and work area. Workplace: La Nau Store, Sant Joan Despí (08970) * Minimum 2 years’ experience. At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse management and use of front-end forklifts. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Exclusively for individuals linked to social services who hold a social exclusion risk report issued by Social Services; or recipients of RGC (Guaranteed Income for Citizenship) and/or IMV (Minimum Vital Income). • FORKLIFT LICENSE MANDATORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH FRONT-END FORKLIFTS • Not allergic to dust and humidity / no back problems • Autonomous individual with capacity to organize work • Accustomed to physically demanding work and willing to perform it. • (Desirable) knowledge of furniture assembly/disassembly. • (Desirable) training in logistics (vocational qualifications, modules, etc.) * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1460 * Additional relevant information: 6-month contract with possible renewal. As an employee on an insertion pathway. Total weekly hours: 40h (full-time). Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00 / 15:00–19:00. Gross salary: €1,460/month (12 monthly payments, prorated).
