Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to strengthen our digital business lines, designing thoughtful, brand-consistent experiences in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Design digital solutions for e-commerce, apps, and content platforms. 2. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. 3. Use AI daily for rapid prototyping and documentation. **Description:** ---------------- Join \#TeamSiroko! At **Siroko**, we continue growing and are looking for a UX/UI Designer to reinforce our digital business lines, working side-by-side with development, product, marketing, content, and data teams. The goal is clear: design thoughtful, brand-consistent experiences that are production-ready. At Siroko, we live sport as a lifestyle and work for a global community that shares our perspective. Our digital ecosystem is a key part of that relationship: e-commerce, apps, content platforms, campaigns, and new product initiatives—all fundamental touchpoints with our community. Every experience matters. That’s why we aim to further elevate the brand’s digital presence, and we’re looking for someone to drive this challenge alongside us. What Are We Looking For? We seek design grounded in judgment: visually refined, aligned with the brand, and focused on solving real user and business needs. The goal is not merely to create attractive interfaces, but to design clear, consistent, and easy-to-use experiences—especially in contexts where each decision impacts navigation, conversion, trust, and brand perception. It’s a dynamic environment, with multiple business lines and frequent releases, so we especially value the ability to ground ideas, prioritize, adapt, and design with both users and implementation feasibility in mind. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? * Design digital solutions across our various business lines: e-commerce, apps, content platforms, landing pages, campaigns, and new product initiatives. * Analyze existing flows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate user, business, and technology goals into clear, actionable design proposals. * Work across all stages of the design process as required per project: information architecture, navigation, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals. * Propose features and improvements considering each product’s purpose, user experience, usability principles, and impact on conversion. * Maintain and evolve our design system: consistency, reusable components, and visual coherence across all products. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams: frontend, development, business, CRO, data, brand, content, and other teams involved in each project. * Document proposals clearly and systematically to facilitate handoff, mockup creation, and development. * Communicate and justify your design decisions to the team and project owners, supported by usability criteria, available data, qualitative feedback, and business needs. * Design A/B tests by defining different user flows to achieve the same objective and analyze their impact on key business metrics. AI as a Working Tool For us, AI is not an add-on—it’s a daily tool. We use it for real—workflows with Claude Code \+ Figma, rapid prototyping, microcopy, documentation—and we want someone who embraces it and, moreover, brings fresh ways to leverage it within the team. If AI is already part of how you work—or if you’re eager to make it so—this is your place. * You master e-commerce workflows. You deeply understand how product pages, shopping carts, and checkouts function—and where users are gained or lost. * Strong UX judgment. You define flows, navigation structures, and information hierarchies with solutions that genuinely improve the experience—not just on paper. * Impeccable UI. You execute high-quality, polished, and consistent interfaces, paying attention to visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, interaction states, and brand alignment. You innovate without breaking the system. * You ground ideas, prioritize, and design thinking about technical feasibility. If something isn’t viable, you propose a functional Plan B. * Technical sensitivity. You don’t need to code, but you speak the technical language: you understand fundamentals of HTML, CSS, responsive design, components, and states (loading, errors), and you know that behind every screen lie technical decisions. * Collaborative mindset. You work well with multidisciplinary teams: frontend, development, product, marketing, or data. You appreciate listening to diverse perspectives and integrating feedback to arrive at stronger solutions. ➡️ Requirements: * 3\-5 years of experience in UX/UI, digital product, or web interface design, including at least 2 years in e-commerce, retail, or digital environments focused on business, conversion, and continuous improvement. * Expert-level proficiency in Figma as the primary tool: component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, interfaces, and documentation. * Solid UX judgment: you understand full user flows, justify your design decisions, and think about the experience—not just the screen. * A strong online portfolio showcasing end-to-end work for web and mobile: research, wireframes, and final UI. * Organizational ability to prepare clear, documented, and easily understandable deliverables for technical and business teams. Nice-to-Have * Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Clarity) to support data-driven decisions—not just intuition. * Experience conducting usability tests, user research, or qualitative analysis. * Sensitivity toward microcopy. You understand that text is also design: labels, error messages, empty states, and onboarding copy that guide users. * Curiosity and autonomy. You’re driven to learn, experiment, and improve how you work. When facing obstacles, you proactively seek to understand them, explore options, and propose solutions. Don’t meet 100% of the list? That’s okay. If you align with the essentials, we’d love to meet you. Perfect lists are rarely perfect. What Do We Offer? Permanent, full-time contract. Remote work. * Flexible hours every day of the year, with an entry window between 08:00 and 10:00. Continuous workday every Friday throughout the year, and also during July and August. ️ 22 working days of vacation. A birthday day off (if it falls on a weekend or holiday, you may move it to the nearest preceding or following workday). In-company English classes. Scheduled for midday to minimize impact on afternoon departure time. ✅ Referral Program and Baby Bonus. Highly attractive discounts across our entire Siroko range: www.siroko.com A creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment. * ️ Opportunity to work with a passionate team and challenging projects. Professional growth and development opportunities within the company. ℹ️ Selection Process * Phone interview with HR (max. 30 minutes). * Technical test following the interview. * Final interview with Manager \& HR. If you believe your profile fits, don’t hesitate to apply. We look forward to meeting you!
