We are seeking a **Training Commercial (Subsidized Training)** to drive the acquisition and retention of companies interested in developing their teams’ training through subsidized training credits. Main Responsibilities * Acquisition of new companies and development of commercial opportunities. * Advising companies on subsidized training and identifying their training needs. * Preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals. * Customer portfolio retention and maintenance. * Continuous monitoring of business opportunities and achievement of commercial targets. * Coordination with the technical team to ensure proper management of training activities. * Management and updating of commercial and administrative documentation generated by each process. * Recording and tracking commercial activity using digital tools. Requirements * Prior experience in commercial roles, preferably within the training or business services sector. * Experience in subsidized training is highly valued. * **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**, with ease in building trust-based relationships with clients. * Strong orientation toward achieving commercial targets. * Ability to manage a high volume of activity, effectively organizing multiple business opportunities simultaneously. * **Proficiency in digital tools is essential**, including management platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other applications, as the role involves continuous documentation and administrative management. * Organized, solution-oriented, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
