Join our ATM project team!
You will be part of the Air Traffic Management (ATM) division, where we develop and validate critical systems for air traffic management, collaborating with international clients such as MUAC and ROMATSA in highly demanding, mission-critical environments.
What will you do?
* Execute functional tests on critical air traffic management (ATM) systems.
* Design and maintain test cases aligned with system requirements.
* Prepare and maintain test documentation (plans, procedures, and reports).
* Participate in the validation of complex, critical, and highly transactional systems.
* Collaborate closely with a testing team to ensure product quality.
* Identify issues, track them, and ensure their proper resolution.
What are we looking for in you?
✅ 3–5 years of experience as a Test Engineer.
✅ Experience executing functional tests.
✅ Experience documenting tests (plans, procedures, reports).
✅ Experience designing test cases based on requirements.

What does our selection process look like?
**Profile Review:** We assess your experience and skills to determine whether you match our requirements.
**Initial Contact (5\-10 min):** If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! A brief conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
**Technical Interview:** You’ll meet the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, brief psychological and English competency assessments may be conducted (if required). Offer and Onboarding: If everything goes well, you’ll join our team and begin this new chapter together!
**Estimated Timeline:** 1\-2 weeks.
