Reporting directly to the Center Director, your mission will be to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all center facilities; to plan required work and carry it out directly or delegate its execution to technical support assistants and helpers as appropriate. Key responsibilities include: * Performing necessary masonry, painting, carpentry, etc. tasks for facility or building maintenance. * Monitoring and supervising all center installations (high- and low-voltage systems, machinery, etc.). * Safeguarding and maintaining maintenance logs, instruction manuals, statutory visitor logs, or any future logs established by applicable legislation.
