We are excited about you joining our team as a Logistics Administrator. The position’s objectives include managing administrative tasks within the logistics department. Main Responsibilities: \-Managing driver routes and/or resolving existing issues on those routes. Entering incident reports and route information for traceability. Ensuring CAP and tachograph renewals for drivers. Entering data into ERP or logistics management software. Preparing monitoring reports (costs, timelines, incidents). Supporting logistics planning. Handling calls or emails related to orders and shipments. Recording route and driver incidents. Reviewing supplier delivery notes and invoices. Coordinating with external transport providers. What Are We Looking For? Proactive, discreet, and organized individuals with experience working in logistics departments. Minimum Requirements: \-Vocational training in logistics, administration and finance, or a related administrative field. \-Intermediate/advanced level of office software proficiency.
