Your core responsibilities will include: * Collaborating in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts. * Preparing detailed management reports including variance analyses and improvement proposals. * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems aligned with current regulations and industry best practices. * Participating in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information. * Identifying opportunities to optimize administrative and financial procedures, contributing to overall efficiency. * Managing basic accounting records related to expense control, revenue tracking, and corporate assets. * Collaborating closely with finance and operational teams to ensure data consistency and reliability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in similar roles involving administration and financial control. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel. * Analytical capability to accurately interpret financial and administrative data. * Communication skills to interact effectively across different departments and deliver clear reports. * Attention to detail and commitment to compliance with internal and external regulations. * Proactive, organized, and improvement-oriented attitude. * Residence within the province where the vacancy is located. **OFFERED:** * An interesting position offering professional growth. * Continuous on-the-job training. * Compensation commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Full-time employment. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
