The site's mission is to ensure the proper functioning of facilities, guaranteeing their safety and durability. This involves implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance protocols, ensuring at all times compliance with current regulations. Responsibilities include regular maintenance and monitoring of equipment and facilities, detection and diagnosis of malfunctions, as well as ensuring adherence to quality standards. The technician will also collaborate in supervising work carried out by subcontractors and ensure compliance with all safety measures, providing a safe environment for both staff and customers. * LOWER SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / knowledge: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance (hotel, sports, residential, or similar). They must be proactive, possess manual dexterity and attention to detail, able to efficiently identify and resolve problems, and comfortable working in a team. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1700 * Other relevant information: A temporary fixed-discontinuous full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., including two consecutive days off. Gross monthly salary is €1700.
