It seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor to support fruit and seed collection and registration activities in the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid With travel across the entire national territory. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Prospecting forest plant species zones. Visiting source materials, selecting and delimiting collection zones. Identifying and delimiting collection zones and locations. Estimating flowering and/or fruiting periods and assessing harvests of forest plant species. Characterizing selected stands. * Collection. Gathering fruits or seeds of forest species, temporary storage, and transportation to warehouse. * Reviewing source material from seed sources and selected stands. * Locating selected stands. * Field data collection. * Preparing documentation forms. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as to require additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Spanish-recognized FP II or CFGS qualification in agriculture, construction and civil engineering, electricity and electronics, or installation and maintenance. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 month of professional and/or academic experience in fruit and seed collection activities. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to travel across the entire national territory up to 95% of working time. * Valid Spanish Class B driving license in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months to 5 years of professional and/or academic experience in fruit and seed collection activities. * From 6 months to 5 years of professional and/or academic experience in preparing reports, budgets, and/or invoices. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Basic or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical assessment). * Knowledge of collection methods (to be verified during technical assessment). * Basic or advanced proficiency in auxiliary forestry machinery (to be verified during technical assessment). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension subject to applicable labor legislation limits on maximum duration per contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, project scope, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time working schedule.
