✍️ About the Role We are seeking a Technical Manager for our offices in Barcelona. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the proper delivery of contracted services (maintenance, security, cleaning, concierge, etc.) across the properties under your management, with the objective of ensuring service quality, compliance with applicable regulations, and adherence to procedures and directives established by the Technical Directorate. What Are We Looking For? Engineer or Technical Engineer / Architect or Technical Architect. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of building installations. Advanced level of English. Ability to identify and resolve incidents related to any installation on-site. Team leadership skills. Familiarity with public administration procedures and regulations. General knowledge of IT systems and software, AutoCAD, and BIM. Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset. Client-facing capability (investors). Negotiation skills with suppliers and clients. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** Managing service contracts for assigned buildings. Leading and motivating personnel under your supervision. Complying with company policies and procedures. Developing and maintaining close relationships with tenants and/or property owners based on reciprocal communication, with prompt and practical responses to their requests (24-hour response time). Ensuring compliance with current regulations and protocols set by the Technical Directorate. Monitoring and managing facility services and maintenance in accordance with contractual scope and applicable regulations. Overall responsibility for the property (cleaning, security, and maintenance). Managing technical projects within assigned buildings. Ensuring compliance with technical specifications defined in lease agreements. Procurement and tendering management for materials and services required within your area of responsibility. Participation in preparation of the annual budget (Capex\-Opex) and monthly financial cost monitoring against budget. Preparing communications to clients and/or tenants, as well as presentations, summaries, and reports as required. Proposing initiatives to improve marketing, energy efficiency, system reliability, safety, cost reduction, etc., for the buildings under your management. ✨ What Do We Offer?
