We want you to join the \#EcijaTeam as a Talent Trainee at our Madrid office. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. * Possibility of signing a training agreement with a university or educational institution. * Completion or ongoing enrollment in a Master’s program specialized in Human Resources or related areas will be valued. * Prior experience in recruitment, talent management, or human resources will be considered favorably. * Advanced level of English (C1\-C2\). * Alignment with the Firm’s values, culture, and working methods. * Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and commitment to team projects and objectives. * Proactive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and motivation to develop professionally within the field of Human Resources. **We are ECIJA, a different law firm.** ------------------------------------------------- We are a **multidisciplinary, innovative firm, a leader in the digital economy, and a reference in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries**.
