Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Job Description** ========================== Ensure the highest level of customer service by providing highly specialized technical support — both remotely and on-site at customer locations — to guarantee proper operation and operational excellence of systems and equipment. **A** **ctivities** ==================== * Support customer equipment while maintaining minimum performance standards. * Repair, maintain, and install various services related to access control and attendance systems. * Manage working time effectively and utilize all available communication tools according to instructions to maximize productivity and deliver information enabling efficient job processing and billing. * Communicate with sales, service, or management regarding identified customer issues and sales opportunities, ensuring all issues and opportunities are properly managed to deliver the best possible customer service. * Project a customer service image through competent service procedures and communication with customers. * Ensure compliance with company health and safety guidelines and timely reporting of incidents and hazardous events. * Actively participate in training programs to broaden knowledge and experience whenever possible. This includes product update training. * Repair, maintain, and install various products and services related to access control and attendance systems. * Accurate knowledge of repairs \- training. * Collection of customer and product data. Time logging in SAT service tools. * **Requirements** ============== * 1 year of experience in a similar role with Systems Engineering knowledge. Familiarity with access control products/solutions and diagnostic capability. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * University degree or (FP) higher vocational qualification, preferably in Systems Engineering.
