Lead and administer the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our facilities (a water park). **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in team management (recruitment \- training \- supervision) * Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles * Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills * Fluent English (will be tested during the selection process) * Goal-oriented work capability **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Select and manage your own team of photographers and sales assistants * Direct interaction with park management * Coordinate team activities, training sessions, schedules, etc. * Establish performance and improvement KPIs for your team * Resolve customer issues and technical problems related to our equipment * Handle purchasing, ordering, and replenishment of consumables * Supervise and optimize operational efficiency of the activity * Cash reconciliation and cash register control * Collaborate on Visual Merchandising initiatives and improvements. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- Opportunity to work in the leisure sector, in a dynamic and young environment. \- Opportunities for internal development \- "Flexible" working hours focused on results. \- Competitive remuneration (fixed \+ variable) **We are currently experiencing significant growth by developing and introducing major technological innovations within this sector.** Job Type: Fixed-term intermittent contract Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: €1,500.00\-€1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Application Questions: * What is your level of English?
