Sintersa is currently seeking a Subcontracting Manager to work at our Madrid offices. If you want to join an established company undergoing rapid expansion and grow alongside it, this is your opportunity! **General Job Description:** Coordinate the subcontracting process across various involved departments, efficiently and systematically managing subcontracting of work due to insufficient production capacity, lack of technological capabilities, or economic reasons. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Negotiate and draft contracts with subcontractors, clearly defining terms and conditions, including deadlines and quality standards. * Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors, considering their technical capability, experience, and ability to meet commitments. * Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards and deadlines. Prior review of applicable documentation. * Coordinate materials and tools sent to subcontractors together with Logistics and Production Control, as well as monitor subcontracting progress until delivery of the subcontracted material/service. * Resolve any issues arising before or after delivery of the subcontracted material/service. * Conduct frequent visits to subcontractors to ensure product quality and on-time delivery of finished goods, verifying compliance with requirements specified in subcontracted orders. * Audit/homologate subcontractors jointly with the Quality and Engineering Departments (documentation, tools, and capabilities). * Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, other departments, and management, providing updates on progress and potential issues. * Monitor and analyze operational costs, ensuring budgetary compliance. * Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. **We Offer:** * Working Hours: Mon\-Fri\- 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. * Work Location: Avenida de América. * Opportunities for professional development in a growing sector. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Academic Qualifications: A Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electronics or Administration is preferred.
