We greatly value professionals who have participated in the **structural design phase**, so if this is your strength — congratulations! **Are you a technology ninja?** We know a top specialist masters the tools. Therefore, we highly value your proficiency with structural analysis software such as: * SOFiSTiK * SAP2000 * MIDAS * CivilCAD (CivilStudio) * CYPECAD If some of these names sound unfamiliar — no worries; but if you master them, you’re a true super-expert! **Are you a codes and standards expert?** A competent professional knows the rules of the game. Thus, solid knowledge of structural design standards is essential, including: * Eurocodes * American standards (AASHTO, ACI, etc.) **Do you speak fluent English? We love it!** A **C1 level (spoken and written)** is essential to communicate barrier-free in our international projects. Prove the world is yours! **Anything else?
