We participate in investment projects where engineering plays a key role in our clients’ competitiveness and sustainability. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to hire a **Structural Engineer**, with **1\-2 years of experience**, to participate in the design, calculation, and development of steel structures intended to house and support industrial processes, facilities, and equipment. The candidate will join Tresca’s technical team with full support, progressively engaging across the entire engineering value chain: data collection, design, calculation, technical documentation, procurement support, and construction supervision. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, calculation, and 3D modeling of steel structures. * Support for industrial projects related to hydrogen, decarbonization, heavy industry, and energy. * Participation in on-site data collection. * Preparation and review of technical documentation. * Support in construction procurement management. * Occasional construction supervision and site visits. * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and national/international clients. * Use of design, calculation, 3D modeling, and technical office software. **Minimum Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * 1\-2 years of experience in steel structure design, calculation, or modeling. * Proficiency in 3D model-based design and calculation software. * Knowledge of Spanish construction regulations, structural safety standards, and Eurocodes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Arquímedes, CYPE, and other technical tools. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Capacity for learning, commitment, flexibility, continuous improvement orientation, and ability to operate effectively in complex environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of mechanical component design and calculation. * Training or experience in BIM. **How We Work at Tresca** You will join multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams serving national and international clients.
