Store management and inventory control Daily operational management of a store in Granada, aiming to deliver close and professional customer service to ensure a satisfying shopping experience and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include advising customers on products and services, facilitating direct sales, operating the cash register and POS system, processing payments, closing the cash register, and verifying banknotes. Also includes receiving goods, checking orders, placing products at point-of-sale, labeling prices, and entering delivery notes into the computer system according to established procedures. Additionally, supporting inventory control by reviewing stock levels, reporting shortages or overstocks, and participating in restocking and labeling to maintain product availability. Managing email correspondence to receive and verify documentation from Head Office. Maintaining store order and cleanliness, organizing products in accordance with visual merchandising standards, and using equipment correctly. Also monitoring for potential theft and protecting inventory. This position requires working rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, within a team-oriented environment committed to inclusion. Continuous professional development training is provided, along with a positive work environment. Physical requirements include standing throughout the workday and handling moderate loads. A communicative attitude, teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn and contribute ideas for service improvement are valued. Temporary contract. Must hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Ability to stand throughout the workday. Capacity to lift loads of 5–10 kg. Prior experience or knowledge of cash handling and POS/cash register operation. Skills in cleaning and organizing commercial spaces. Competence in welcoming and retaining customers through high-quality service. Knowledge of product placement in compliance with visual merchandising regulations.
