So come work at the heart of ACTION! **Come work at the heart of ACTION!** ------------------------------------------ **Your responsibilities will include:** * Restocking all store departments * Managing customer payments * Maintaining a well-stocked, clean and tidy store environment so customers can easily find what they need * Receiving and processing deliveries * Assisting and advising customers * Cleaning and organizing various areas of the store * Setting up and monitoring weekly promotions **What we offer you** -------------------------------- * A gross monthly salary ranging from €1266 to €1847 (depending on working hours contract). * Work close to your home with flexible hours. * A contract of 24 to 35 hours per week, with every minute worked paid. * Profit-sharing & a progressive 13th-month bonus based on seniority (starting after 6 months of service) * A 15% discount on our entire product range * Access to our Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and mandatory health insurance * Additional paid leave for specific circumstances (marriage, birth, sick child, health screening, bereavement, relocation, recognized disability status) * Career advancement opportunities within our rapidly expanding international group. **Candidate profile sought:** ---------------------------------------- * You align with ACTION’s values: customer orientation, respect, teamwork, discipline, simplicity, and cost awareness * You are at least 18 years old. * You possess the necessary skills to successfully carry out the assigned tasks. * You are available for flexible hours, at least 24 hours per week, between 5/6 a.m. and 8/10 p.m., including some Sundays and public holidays. * You have plenty of energy and a strong team spirit.
