Job Summary: Coordinate spa experiences, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and supervise operations in the bathing area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and coordinates a team of therapists. 2. Manages the guest's entire spa experience. 3. Maintains a safe, clean, and organized spa environment. As a Spa Attendant, your primary objective is to ensure smooth operations within the bathing area by coordinating our spa experiences and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. \- Lead the shift's team of therapists. \- Conduct daily briefings during shift changes with therapists. \- Assign treatments to therapists following fair guidelines, ensuring all therapists are correctly placed at the right location and time. \- Supervise that massages are performed according to protocols. \- Manage the guest experience within the bathing area, including: greeting guests, explaining the thermal circuit, scheduling guest massages, serving beverages, escorting guests to the massage area, and bidding them farewell. \- Address guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously. \- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through constant supervision of the bathing area—for example, lighting, pools, condition of breweries, etc. \- Lead training for new team members. \- Provide direct support to therapist coordinators and the director of therapists. Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with our extensive treatment menu and operational protocols, enabling you to understand AIRE’s know-how and workplace culture. * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Personal vehicle required (public transportation cannot access the facilities). \- Work schedule runs Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week and one weekend off per month. \- You possess an advanced level of English. \- You are a team player with leadership and time management skills. \- You are solution-oriented, listen actively, and analyze before making decisions. * Vehicle availability * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1404 * Additional information of interest: \- Transportation allowance and holiday allowance. \- Complimentary AIRE experience on your birthday. \- 30% discount on all our experiences! \- Earn 500€ through our referral program.
