**Social Worker \- Home Assistance Coordinator**
At mSoluciona León, we are looking for a Social Worker with vocation, excellent communication skills, and a clear people-oriented approach to join our delegation on a full-time and split schedule (Monday to Friday). **What responsibilities will you have?**
* **Coordination and management**: You will comprehensively coordinate home assistance services.
* **Support for families and users**: Direct and close contact to assess needs, conduct home visits, and monitor overall satisfaction and service progress.
* **Social intervention**: You will develop Individualized Intervention Plans (IIPs) and carry out follow-up and case monitoring.
* **Team and HR management**: You will be responsible for staff selection, coordination of your team, as well as drafting contracts and handling Social Security registrations and cancellations.
* **Commercial and administrative scope**: You will prepare customized budgets for clients.
**What qualifications do we require?**
* Degree in Social Work.
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
* Prior experience in home assistance services or in managing socio-healthcare services will be considered a strong advantage.
* Organizational capacity, leadership, and teamwork skills.
