Job Summary: We are seeking Social Work professionals to promote training and socio-labor inclusion for adults with functional diversity, providing support and designing social projects. Inclusive and cooperative work environment **Would you like to work at LaFACT Foundation – Terrassa Social Factory?** We need to hire Social Work professionals to promote training and socio-labor inclusion for adults with functional diversity. **What will you do with us?** * Inform and advise families about existing legal frameworks and social resources, facilitating their access. * Support families and participants in improving relational patterns and social interaction. * Establish relationships with network entities to facilitate the participant’s life project. * Design and implement social projects. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * A university degree in Social Work is essential, along with being an organized person possessing planning ability, teamwork skills, communication skills, honesty, and a client-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (both spoken and written) is also required, as well as a valid Class B driver’s license and residence in Vallès Occidental—preferably in Terrassa or surrounding areas. **What can we offer you?** Immediate hiring under a temporary contract, full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (including one hour for lunch). Gross annual salary: €26.898,76 (paid in 14 installments).
