If you have proven experience in social intervention with vulnerable individuals, case assessment and follow-up, management of social resources and benefits, and meet the position’s requirements, please do not hesitate to submit your application! **Position Objective:** Assess personal and social needs and determine necessary interventions to improve individuals’ personal and social situation. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct intake assessments for residents of the housing unit jointly with the psychologist. Carry out case assessments at the Comprehensive Women’s Support Center; assume responsibility for cases or refer them to other professionals in coordination with the team coordinator. Perform initial analysis of social and family needs to jointly establish an intervention pathway with the assigned social educator (consensually agreed pathway). Carry out administrative and documentation tasks in coordination with external resources and together with the participant. Accompany participants in social and healthcare settings. • Conduct weekly visits to residential facilities. Prepare social reports and any other documents required for proper program management. • Process social benefits, registration (empadronamiento), social security (SS.SS.), and school enrollment for minors in coordination with the social educator. Manage delivery of program-appropriate assistance by analyzing each individual’s socioeconomic situation and supporting budgetary control and record-keeping for the project. Manage accommodation placements and refer cases with specific needs to specialized external resources. Record information. Review case files and manage the OnDrive workspace. Design, schedule, and conduct group workshops to develop personal and social skills, and foster new learnings about integration into the host society. Participate in the on-call team and mobile unit as directed by the coordinator. Support logistical program management and ensure appropriate justification in final reports. Establish and coordinate local networks (e.g., Hospital, Educational Center, Equality Space, etc.). Attend internal and external territorial meetings (case reviews, team meetings). Carry out tasks assigned by the coordinator.
