Additionally, we belong to Grupo Aconser, a geographically and functionally diversified group with multiple business lines. **What we are looking for** ---------------- * Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning through to handover. * Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Supervise and lead work teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Report project progress to the project management team and manage technical documentation. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager. * Knowledge of construction management, quality control, scheduling, and on-site safety. * Experience in renovation and/or energy rehabilitation projects is desirable. * **Availability to work in Western Andalusia and occasional availability to undertake projects in \+\+Extremadura.**\+\+ **What we offer** ----------------- * Job stability and professional growth within an established company. * Competitive salary. * Challenging projects in a dynamic environment. * Collaboration on innovative projects with a committed team.
