We are currently seeking a **Site Manager** with a solid professional background to join our team in Cádiz. This position is critical for executing a large-scale hotel project, to be carried out over a period of 12 to 18 months. We seek a professional with comprehensive oversight of the construction process, capable of leading and coordinating all project phases while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to scheduled deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Oversee and comprehensively manage the execution of the hotel construction project, from inception to completion. * Coordinate and direct work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Plan, schedule, and control the required material, human, and financial resources for the project. * Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all construction areas. * Monitor material and workmanship quality, ensuring conformity with the project’s technical specifications and Eosol Group’s standards. * Develop and supervise the construction schedule, identifying and managing potential deviations and risks. * Manage technical project documentation, including drawings, permits, certifications, and daily work reports. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with project management, clients, and other stakeholders. * Proactively and efficiently resolve incidents and issues arising during construction. * Ensure cost optimization and project profitability. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * **Minimum Experience:** A minimum of **20 years’ proven experience** as a Site Manager. * **Experience in Large-Scale Projects:** Demonstrable experience in managing and executing **large-scale projects**, preferably in the residential construction sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in construction techniques, building regulations, occupational health and safety management, and quality control. * **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary work teams. * **Results Orientation:** Strong focus on achieving objectives, emphasizing efficiency, quality, and deadline compliance. * **Problem-Solving Ability:** Skill in identifying, analyzing, and effectively resolving incidents. * **Communication Competencies:** Excellent oral and written communication skills. * **Residence:** Residency in the province of **Cádiz**, or willingness to be hired as local staff, will be highly valued. **What We Offer:** ------------------- * The opportunity to lead an iconic, large-scale project in the hotel construction sector. * The chance to join an established and growing company with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. * A dynamic and professional work environment. * A fixed-term contract aligned with the project duration (12 to 18 months). * A competitive salary, negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
