As a SHIFT MANAGER in our supermarkets, your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the host for our customers, understanding their needs and contributing to their loyalty. * Ensuring proper product placement in-store, paying close attention to product quality and freshness, and guaranteeing product availability. * Leading and coordinating the workforce, supporting them in achieving sales targets. * Ensuring the smooth operation of store facilities. * Participating in profit-and-loss management. We would love to meet you if you have: * Compulsory Secondary Education (minimum required qualification). * Skills: customer orientation, teamwork, proactivity. * Prior experience is valued but not mandatory.
