Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching for a Sheet Metal Bender located in Cartagena on behalf of our client. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Operate CNC bending machines for sheet metal forming. * Determine and execute bending processes according to manufacturing technical specifications. * Perform machine adjustments and configurations to ensure high-precision finishes. * Interpret technical drawings, isometric views, and manufacturing documentation. * Conduct dimensional inspection of parts during and after the bending process using measuring instruments. * Operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts for material handling and movement. * Verify part quality through visual inspections and precise measurements. * Resolve technical issues related to the bending process. * Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures. * Collaborate with the Cutting and Bending Section Manager to ensure production objectives are met. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sheet metal bender, working with CNC machinery and precision finishes. * Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent, or demonstrable equivalent experience. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and dimensional control. * Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, squares, protractors, etc.). * Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is desirable. * Basic occupational health and safety training. * Residence in Cartagena, Los Camachos, or surrounding areas. * Responsible, solution-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused individual. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Joining a solid and growing industrial company. * Stable project with permanent employment contract. * Competitive salary of approximately **€28,000 gross per year**, depending on experience. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Technical and specialized working environment. * Integration into a team committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
