We are seeking a security guard holding a valid professional license or TIP (Temporary Identification Permit) to work in the province of Álava, specifically in the municipality of Araia. Main responsibilities include surveillance and protection of property and people, access control and identity verification, prevention of criminal acts, patrolling, monitoring security systems (CCTV, alarms), and preparing incident reports. An indefinite-term contract is offered with full-time hours on a rotating morning, afternoon, and night shift schedule. Remuneration follows the Private Security Collective Agreement, plus allowances totaling up to €490 gross per month. Additionally, continuous training, access to discounts on various services, and psychological and emotional support are provided. Work-life balance and teamwork within a professional environment are highly valued. A valid security guard license is mandatory, along with strong observational skills, self-control, flexible availability, residence in Araia or nearby areas, and a valid driver’s license.
