Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Agricultural Engineer to implement plans, provide machinery support, and advance in agronomic management or advanced technology, backed by a multidisciplinary team. Support from a multidisciplinary team of experts. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a broad vision of agriculture and customer service—specifically serving our farming clients. The ideal candidate would be a recently graduated Agricultural Engineer or someone in the early years of their career. We seek a person who can help us implement agronomic plans, monitor plantations, provide machinery support (primarily tractors), possess e-commerce knowledge, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. This is an optimal cross-functional position to gain comprehensive insight into the agricultural sector and serve as a springboard for professional advancement—either toward a more specialized role in agronomic management or toward field mechanization and implementation of advanced technology. In this opportunity, you will be supported by a multidisciplinary team comprising agricultural engineers, computer scientists, irrigation technicians, workshop services staff, and machinery specialists—all working toward our shared goal of making agriculture profitable for our customers. Salary: €25,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
