Development of responsive emails and campaign optimization **Job Description** At TheWhiteam, we are looking for a developer with solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join a long-term, fully remote project. **Requirements** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in developing and managing solutions within **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, participating in projects involving creation, configuration, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. * Advanced knowledge of the main **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder), as well as experience working with automated communication flows. * Experience developing personalized communications using **AMPscript**, including dynamic content creation, advanced personalization, conditional logic, data retrieval, and message adaptation based on audience segments. * Strong knowledge of **HTML and CSS** applied to responsive email development, creation of reusable templates, optimization of cross-email client compatibility, and email marketing best practices. * Experience working with **SQL** for querying, extracting, transforming, and segmenting data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Data Extensions, Queries, filters, and audience update processes). * Ability to design and maintain campaign-oriented data structures, including Data Extension management, table relationships, and SQL query optimization. * Experience analyzing and improving campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, deliverability, bounces, and engagement. * Knowledge of **email marketing** best practices, including deliverability optimization, preference management, regulatory compliance (GDPR), A/B testing, and content personalization. * Conversational **English proficiency at B2 level**, with ability to participate in meetings, understand technical documentation, and communicate with international teams. * Valuable experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs, external automations, or CRM/CDP tools. * Valuable possession of official Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or similar). **What We Offer?** * Fully remote work arrangement. * Long-term, stable B2B contract/collaboration. * Annual gross salary range: €28,000 to €30,000. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals possessing extensive experience in technology consulting.
