The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize CRM processes while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. * Architect scalable Salesforce ecosystems and integrations. * Implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions. * Integrate Salesforce with ERP, SAP, and third\-party systems. * Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. * Lead technical design reviews and solution architecture discussions. * Support deployment, testing, and production releases. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * 4\+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience. * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations. * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred. * Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory. * Understanding of compliance standards including GxP and GDPR. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Fluent English required; German language skills preferred. hPdURv7p2Z
