Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous sales professional to strengthen our team in Lugo, specializing in attic insulation sales, customer acquisition, and end-to-end sales process management. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized sales of attic insulation at €1 with Energy Savings Certificates (CAE) 2. Acquisition of new customers and generation of sales opportunities 3. Comprehensive advisory and management of the entire sales process We seek a sales representative to reinforce our team in Lugo, specializing in attic insulation sales at €1 using Energy Savings Certificates (CAE). A permanent, full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00\. The fixed monthly salary is €1,300, plus a collective agreement allowance of €200, daily meal allowances and fuel allowances of €10 each, and commissions of €0.25 per square meter sold. Potential annual earnings range from €21,600 to €48,000 depending on performance. Main responsibilities include acquiring new customers, generating opportunities through referrals, contacting home services and real estate companies, advising on attic insulation, explaining the process and terms, and managing the sale from start to finish. We seek a proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented individual with valuable commercial experience in construction, energy, or insulation, capable of developing and managing their own client portfolio. A personal vehicle is required; the company covers fuel expenses.
